Do my customers need an app?
No. Tapping a TapLocal tag opens a fast web page in the phone's browser. Stamps and offers are remembered in that browser.
Which phones support NFC tapping?
Every iPhone since the iPhone 7 and virtually all Android phones sold in the last five years read NFC tags natively.
How do I change a promotion?
From your merchant dashboard. Update the offer and every tag in that location shows the new one immediately; the physical tags never need reprogramming.
Can I use my own Wi-Fi login?
Yes. We store your network name and password securely; guests connect with one tap without ever seeing the password.
How long does setup take?
Kits arrive pre-programmed. Most merchants are live within ten minutes of unboxing.
